Low Level Laser / Cold Laser

Low Level Laser or Cold Laser is a special type of laser light energy that is used to relieve pain and inflammation. It is called cold laser since it does not produce heat.  Light energy from the laser can penetrate through the skin to underlying muscle, tendon, ligament and joint tissues stimulating cellular mitochondria to produce ATP to help speed up the repair of damaged or injured tissues. Laser therapy treatments usually take only several minutes and are performed painlessly and without unwanted side effects.  We use the Microlight ML 830 Cold Laser which has been FDA approved for treating musculoskeletal conditions. We are one of the few Bend Oregon chiropractors offering cold laser treatments.
