CDL DOT physicals

Dr. Brad Pfeiffer has been providing CDL physicals for over 15 years. He recently was recredentialed as a certified medical examiner with the national registry of certified medical examiners NRCME. Since 2014, all DOT physicals for maintaining a commercial drivers license must be performed by certified medical examiners that have received specific training and passed the certification exam. The training is maintained every 5 years and the certification exam every 10 years. In addition to chiropractic care, Dr. Pfeiffer enjoys providing the DOT physical exams for drivers needing medical recertification. Commercial drivers need to complete a DOT physical at least every 2 years to maintain their CDL. In some cases, it needs to be performed more frequently if the driver has certain health conditions or takes certain medications.
